The Regional Assembly of Apple Island,
NOTING that the Advisor-to-Delegate, at the time of writing, has minimal duties and responsibilities,
REALIZING that if the Advisor-to-Delegate would have more duties and responsibilities, it would ultimately cause the region to be a more democratically formed government,
MANDATES that the Advisor-to-Delegate carry these following duties and responsibilities in addition to ones already listed:
1. The Advisor-to-Delegate has authority to command banning/ejecting of a certain nation in the region against the Delegate's will IF either the Judge, Founder, or Representative of Regions agree to the Advisor-to-Delegate's nomination.
2. The Advisor-to-Delegate has authority to nominate a certain nation in the region for an honor award1against the Delegate's will IF either the Judge, Founder, or Representative of Regions agree to the Advisor-to-Delegate's nomination.
