"I have a few additions to Article V. Some of these are noted on the *APPLY HERE* thread, but I think they should be put in the Constitution as well.
1. One nation can only apply for two positions if none are held, one position if one is held, or no positions if they two are held, per voting period.
2. Allowing nations to vote someone for ONE position when/if they were applying for more, either through the use of a forums section, through the RMB, etc.
3. The use of puppets to change the vote for/against someone as being strictly not allowed, and if caught, guilty nations would receive serious punishment (Not having a say in elections for that month).
4. A running nation can vote on their own election."
