Step 1:
Open your browser (do not use Internet Explorer. I recommend Safari or Google Chrome, though I use Google Chrome, and if you use this browser then I can answer more questions).

Step 2:
Go into Nationstates, you should arrive to your homepage. Go to APPLE ISLAND.

Step 3:
Click on "Apple Island Hub". And then go under Links. Click on NS+

Step 4:
Click on your browser and download accordingly. NOTICE: there is no Internet Explorer link, because it hasn't come out for it yet.
