The Regional Assembly of Apple Island,
REALIZING that, at the time of writing, Apple Island’s constitution currently states the following: “Any additions/changes to the constitution must be recommended by a Regional Assembly member, any additions/changes to the constitution must be approved by both the Founder and Delegate before voting, and any additions/changes to the constitution will go through the regular Regional Assembly voting procedure, ALTHOUGH only the Congress/Judge are certified to vote on this",
NOTING that the delegate knows what is best for the region, and also knows what is best for the constitution,
HEREBY ESTABLISHES a new article to be added to the Consitution named, “Executive Powers of the Constitution”,
WHICH MANDATES for the regional government allow the Delegate to make revisions and changes on the constitution, without the need to consult the regional assembly or ANY nation within the region.

Please make your decision ASAP. If passed, this does not have to go through the general assembly voting, as it is an addition to the consitution, not a proposal.
