Suggest any major changes/revisions to the constitution here. This includes the adding of 2 or more sections, or major sections being reworded.
These changes, if first approved by the Founder and Delegate, will go through the Congress and Judge (Judicial stage), although the RA general members CANNOT vote on this.

I have a few additions to Article V. Some of these are noted on the *APPLY HERE* thread, but I think they should be put in the Constitution as well.
1. Noting that one nation can only apply for two positions if none are held, one position if one is held, or no positions if they two are held, per voting period.
2. Allowing nations to vote someone for ONE position when/if they were applying for more, either through the use of a forums section, through the RMB, etc.
3. The use of puppets to change the vote for/against someone as being strictly not allowed, and if caught, guilty nations would receive serious punishment (Not having a say in elections for that month, for example).
4. Whether or not a running nation can vote on their own election.
All are up for debate/revision, naturally.
