The Regional Assembly of Apple Island,
BELIEVING that every citizen of the nations of Apple Island has the right to vote in government elections and policies;
FURTHER BELIEVING that every citizen of said nations has the right to vote regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, or other defining characteristic;
SADDENED that in some cases the right to vote among certain citizens has been withheld as a result of said differences;
RECOGNIZING the changes that will have to be implemented in the election process to allow such equality;
HEREBY establishes the following principles to the referendum of government positions;
Voting will end at 7:00 AM EST, Sunday, March 30.

- Once a resident of a nation located in Apple Island becomes a citizen of their country, they have the right to vote;
- Every citizen, regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, or other defining characteristic, shall have the right to vote;
- The right to vote shall not be taken away from the citizen, unless they are a convicted criminal.
Voting will end at 7:00 AM EST, Sunday, March 30.
