The Regional Assembly of Apple Island,
REALIZING that, at the time of writing, Apple Island currently has a large number of WA nations within the region,
NOTICING that only a fraction of those nations have endorsed the WA Delegate,
AWARE that if all WA nations endorsed the WA Delegate, Apple Island would have a greater chance of guaranteeing it's own security,
NOTING that the only fool-proof solution to this problem is to ban all WA nations who have not endorsed the WA Delegate,
HEREBY ESTABLISHES a law, titled "Restrictions on WA Nations", to prohibit any WA nations inside the region who have not endorsed the WA Delegate after one warning and a two-day waiting period, to be obeyed and added to the regional Constitution,
WHICH MANDATES that the WA Delegate telegrams any nations who have not endorsed the Delegate within 3 days of joining the region OR the World Assembly, and then after a two-day waiting period, to ban/eject that nation from the region.
