The Apple Island Regional Assembly,

RECOGNIZING how important voting is for numerous reasons, including elections for new government officials and general aspects of the region,

KNOWING that as stated in the constitution, all nations that move into Apple Island from certain types of invader regions will be ejected/banned,

NOTING that because of this, all nations that are unwelcome are not inside the region,

HEREBY ALLOWS all nations inside the region to vote on non-regional assembly topics.
