How to Create a Proposal:
1. Think of an issue. ex. Limiting the imports of bananas. (This is just an example, not a legit/good issue to discuss.)
2. Write a proposal/bill detailing in full how this should be solved.
ex.
LIMITING BANANA USE
Apple Island,
RECOGNIZING the devastating effect that the fruit of bananas have on fruit-eating population,
NOTING that bananas are responsible for taking the population of number of apples eaten down,
SADDENED by how devastating this effect is,
etc,etc,etc
etc,etc,etc
HEREBY OUTLAWS the importation of the fruit Banana.
4. Tips on writing: Include a title. Sum up the entire proposal at the very end. See the WA Proposals for examples. THE PROPOSAL MUST BE FROM THE VIEW OF APPLE ISLAND. It cannot refer to nations as he/she, just THEY.
5. Once you're satisfied, submit it in a new thread.
The bill will then be evaluated by the Delegate, and sent on for voting by Congress/Judge if it is an appropriate/original proposal.
